The UTRCA will be opening the Pittock Conservation Area, the Fanshawe Conservation Area, and the Wildwood Conservation Area today.
WOODSTOCK - Pittock Conservation Area is gearing up for another busy season in the Friendly City.
The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority staff are excited to announce the doors will be opening at the park for the first time this year today at 8:00 a.m.
The Conservation Area is a great option for all outdoor adventures. It hosts a variety of outdoor activities for the community, including five kilometeres of hiking and biking trails, a disc golf course, a splash pad, and over 240 campsites.
They also offer a rental program that allows visitors to borrow canoes, kayaks, and sports equipment.
The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority will also be opening its two other parks this morning. Fanshawe Conservation Area in London and Wildwood Conservation Area in St. Mary’s.
All three parks are open to the public for daily, weekly, and seasonal adventures.
