The Oxford OPP laid 23 impaired charges throughout the campaign.
ONTARIO/OXFORD - Another Festive RIDE campaign is in the books for the OPP.
Officers conducted 11,130 RIDE programs across the province between November 20th, 2025 and January 1st, 2026. A total of 1,268 impaired driving charges were laid and 150 warning range suspensions were issued.
Up to 3,095 RIDE checks were held in the West Region with 269 impaired charges and 40 warning range suspensions. The West Region consists of 13 OPP detachments including Middlesex, Brant, Norfolk and Oxford.
The Oxford detachment accounted for 214 of the Festive RIDE programs with 23 of the charges, and four of the suspensions.

Essex County - 375 RIDE programs, 54 impaired charges laid, two warning range suspensions issued.
Elgin County - 364 RIDE programs, 10 impaired charges laid, two warning range suspensions issued.
Grey Bruce - 331 RIDE programs, 25 impaired charges laid, two warning range suspensions issued.
Huron County - 311 RIDE programs, 18 impaired charges laid, eight warning range suspensions issued.
Lambton County - 250 RIDE programs, 33 impaired charges laid, six warning range suspensions issued.
Middlesex County - 216 RIDE programs, 31 impaired charges laid, four warning range suspensions issued.
Oxford County - 214 RIDE programs, 23 impaired charges laid, four warning range suspensions issued.
Norfolk County - 212 RIDE programs, 18 impaired charges laid, three warning range suspensions issued.
Haldimand County - 184 RIDE programs, 11 impaired charges laid, one warning range suspension issued.
Wellington County - 182 RIDE programs, 18 impaired charges laid, seven warning range suspensions issued.
Perth County - 175 RIDE programs, seven impaired charges laid, one warning range suspension issued.
South Bruce - 150 RIDE programs, 13 impaired charges laid, zero warning range suspensions issued.
Brant County - 131 RIDE programs, eight impaired charges laid, zero warning range suspensions issued.
