Norfolk OPP were called out to the TD Bank in Waterford after two male suspects stole an ATM earlier this morning.
WATERFORD - Norfolk OPP are investigating after an ATM was reported stolen from the TD Bank in Waterford.
They say two male suspects attached a cable to the banking machine between 4 a.m and 4:30 a.m. this morning and used a flat-bed truck to pull it off the wall.
Police were able to follow the truck's trail for a while, due to the ATM debris. It went south on Main Street, west on Nickle Street, north on Auty Street, east on Alice Street, north on Main Street North and east on Woodley Road.
That's when the suspects abandoned the vehicle and officers believe they had someone pick them up in a black pickup truck.
Both of the male suspects had their face covered at the time of the theft. One was wearing a dark coloured hoodie style sweatshirt with camouflage pants. The other one was wearing a camouflage hooded jacket and grey pants.
Anyone with information should contact Norfolk OPP by calling 1-888-310-1122. They can also contact Crime Stoppers online here or by calling 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
