Woodstock Police's Criminal Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Unit, who were assisted by patrol members in uniform, arrested the suspect on September 17th. The suspect is facing multiple charges, including possession for the purpose of trafficking.
WOODSTOCK - A 40 year-old man from Woodstock is facing drug trafficking charges in relation to a drug investigation.
Woodstock Police's Criminal Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Unit, who were assisted by patrol members in uniform, arrested the suspect on September 17th.
James Ferguson is facing the following charges:
- Dangerous Driving
- Flight from Police
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Police seized over $6,000.00 in fentanyl and money.
