The OPP have charged an Oxford County man involved in a deadly crash back in June.
Police have charged an Oxford County man involved in a deadly collision on the 402 back in June.
OPP were called to the scene of the crash near Wonderland Road on the afternoon of June 27th. Two tractor trailers and two motor vehicles were involved in the crash. One man, Jonathan Wright of London, died in the crash and five more people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
52 year old Jamas Brown of Oxford County has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and four count of dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
He will appear in court in December to answer the charges.
