Briefs include a man charged on a modified e-bike, a 19 year old charged after police caught him parked on the side of the road with cannabis and three incidents of unlocked vehicles being entered and items stolen in Tillsonburg overnight Tuesday.
TILLSONBURG - A 44 year old man from South West Oxford has been charged for having a modified e-bike.
Police say the pulled over the e-bike on Tillson Avenue late Tuesday night. Officers then determined the e-bike had been modified.
The man is now facing the following charges:
- Operation while prohibited
- Driving while under suspension
- Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
- Drive motor vehicle - no plates

INGERSOLL - A 19 year old from Ingersoll is facing several charges after police responded to a suspicious vehicle on Rossiter Road Wednesday morning.
OPP were called by the public because the vehicle was parked on the side of the road with two people inside. The 19 year old driver was arrested and is facing the following charges:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Have care or control of vehicle with cannabis readily available
- Novice driver - presence of drug
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Woodstock at a later date.

TILLSONBURG - Ownership and insurance documents have been stolen from an unlocked vehicle on North Street East in Tillsonburg.
The theft happened early Tuesday morning. The OPP is urging all vehicle owners to lock and secure their vehicle and to remove any valuables. If anyone observes suspicious activity they are being asked to call police immediately.

TILLSONBURG - A set of Samsung headphones and an empty Coach sunglass case along with a set of keys to the home were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in Tillsonburg.

The theft happened overnight on Tuesday. The OPP is urging all vehicle owners to check their vehicles on a regular basis to ensure that both of their licence plates are still attached to their vehicles.
