While locals celebrate Canada they can also feel a bit Scottish at the 76th annual Embro Highland Games. Events are planned for the whole family throughout the day with the Solo Piping & Solo Drumming competitions kicking things off at 8:30 this morning. Other festivities include Scottish dancers, heavy athletic events, Children and Youth field events, runners road races, clans and Scottish Venders. Festivities are taking place at the Embro-West Zorra Community Centre. Admission is $15 for Adults, $10 for students and children 10 and under are free. For more information click here.
