Woodstock and the Thamesford sit on top of their division standings, but they're not alone.
PJHL - It was a winning weekend for the Woodstock Navy Vets.
They crushed the Paris Titans 6-1 on Friday, with Owen Ireton scoring twice and adding two assists on their way to victory. Kobe Nadalin also made 31 saves for Woodstock.
The Navy vets went on to beat the Tavistock Braves 5-2 on Saturday. It was Tyler Bouck's 100th career game with the Vets and his 60th career victory. He made 30 saves.
Tavistock shutout the New Hamburg Firebirds 4-0 on Friday.
The Norwich Merchants fell to the Wellesley Applejacks 4-2 on Friday and lost to the Titans 4-1 on Saturday.
The Navy Vets are tied with the Applejacks for first place in the Doherty Division standings with 18 points each. They're followed by the Braves with 17 points, the Merchants with 14 points, and the Firebirds and Hespeler Shamrocks with 13 points each. The Dorchester Dolphins sit in fifth place with 11 points, only one point ahead of the last place Titans with 10 points.
Over in the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans beat the Exeter Hawks 6-4 on Friday and the Aylmer Spitfires 2-1 on Saturday.
The Trojans are tied with the North Middlesex Stars for first place in the Yeck Division standings with 20 points each.
