PLATTSVILLE - A Plattsville man is $50,000 richer after winning the Ontario 49 second prize of $50,000.
73 year old Ken Reid won the May 5 draw with a random Quick Pick. His wife called him after checking the ticket and he knew something was up because of the tone in her voice.
“I like to play all the games – this one was a random Quick Pick.”
Reid plans to complete some repairs to his vehicle and trailer and save the rest for a vacation when it's safe to travel again.
