The Woodstock Navy Vets fell to the New Hamburg Firebirds last night 3-1 and the Tavistock Braves suffered a 6-3 loss against the Wellesley Apple Jacks.
PJHL - It was a tough loss for the Woodstock Navy Vets.
Keaghan Brett made 48 saves and Jonah Jacksteit scored a goal in the second period, but the Vets still suffered a 3-1 loss to the Firebirds in New Hamburg last night. The PJHL Doherty Division semifinal series is now tied 2-2 and Game 5 will be taking place at Southwood Arena Friday night. The puck will drop at 7:45 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Tavistock Braves suffered a 6-3 loss to the Wellesley Apple Jacks last night. Tavistock is still leading that series 3-2 and Game 6 is scheduled for tomorrow night at the Wellesley Community Centre. That game should get started at 8:05 p.m.
The Thamesford Trojans had the night off in the Yeck Division, but they will be back on the ice for Game 4 of their semifinal series against the Exeter Hawks tonight. The puck will drop at 7:30 p.m. at the Thamesford Arena Recreation Centre and Exeter is currently leading that series 2-1.
