Last week, a motel near Stratford was deliberately set on fire, now Police are also investigating a theft from the crime scene.
STRATFORD - Perth OPP are investigating a theft from the scene of a fire last week.
Police are still investigating the suspicious blaze at a Motel on Forest Road east of Stratford. The structure was fully engulfed when crews arrived and the Motel was destroyed.
After the area was cleared, someone entered the property overnight Thursday and stole a clock, alcohol and gasoline.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Perth OPP or Crime Stoppers.
