Charges have been laid after the WPS arrested a man with a pellet gun in Museum Square yesterday morning.
WOODSTOCK - An arrest has been made after reports of someone carrying a weapon in Museum Square.
Woodstock Police responded to the incident around 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning. Officers arrested a 34-year-old man from Woodstock and seized a pellet gun from the suspect.
He has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and failure to comply with a release order. He will also remain in custody until his bail hearing.
