Police believe the 14-year-old used his mother's credit card at a gas station in Tillsonburg on September 19th.
UPDATE (October 7th @ 5:30 a.m.) - Police say the 14-year-old has been found safe.

BAYHAM/TILLSONBURG - The Elgin OPP is asking for the public's help finding a missing teenager who could be in Oxford County.
Frank (Franz) is 14-years-old and police say he left his home in Vienna Friday night. It's believed he was at a gas station in Tillsonburg between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. that evening.
Police say he's white and stands at about 5'6" with a slim build, light brown hair and green eyes. He was last spotted wearing a black hoodie with a grey or black beanie.
