Woodstock police caught 10 people using their cell phones while driving this long weekend.

Officers were conducting Operation Impact as part of a long weekend traffic blitz. Over the weekend they charged 2 people for speeding, 6 for not wearing a seat belt, 1 for running a red light, 1 fail to surrender licence, 1 suspended driver, 2 with no insurance and 10 people were charged for distracted driving.
Police also handed out one 3 day license suspension for registering an alert on a road side device.
