Members of the Oxford OPP were on patrol when they came across a break and enter in progress on Harvey Street in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG - Police identified a break and enter in progress while on foot patrol in the Town of Tillsonburg.
On Sunday July 14, at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Oxford detachment were on foot patrol when they came across a criminal offence in progress on Harvey Street.
A 43-year-old resident of Tillsonburg was arrested and charged with breaking and entering a place with intent to commit an indictable offence as well as failure to comply with a release order.
The accused individual is awaiting a bail hearing, in the Ontario Court of Justice, located in Woodstock.
