Someone at Emily Stowe Public School in Norwich has tested positive for COVID-19.
NORWICH - The Thames Valley District School Board is reporting a positive case of COVID-19 at Emily Stowe Public School in Norwich.
It has not specified if this person is a student or a staff member, but everyone in the school community has been notified of the situation and contact tracing is underway.
Those who may have come into close contact with the infected individual will receive a letter from the school board and they will be told to self-isolate for two weeks. This means if you don't receive a letter from the school board your child is not considered to be at risk.
The school will remain open at this time.
