Ontario is reporting 1,571 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 1,531 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 1,571 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 333,690.
The Province confirmed another 10 COVID-19 related deaths this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 7,263. Another 1,531 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 311,380.
The province completed 51,962 tests yesterday. We currently have 893 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 333 people in the ICU and 210 in the ICU on a ventilator. Over half of the new cases today are coming from hot spot regions with 459 new cases in Toronto, 309 in Peel and 143 in York Region.
