We currently have 1,567 active cases of COVID-19 in Ontario after the Province confirmed 170 new cases this morning and 142 recoveries.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 170 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 43,855.
The Province confirmed one new COVID-19 related death today and the total is now 2,814. Meanwhile another 142 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 39,474.
We currently have 54 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 14 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 1,567 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa, and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 24,699 tests yesterday.
