The Province confirmed 76 new cases of the virus this morning and another 174 recoveries. This means we have 1,476 active cases right now in Ontario.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 76 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 38,986.
The Province also confirmed 1 new COVID-19 related death today and the total number of deaths now sits at 2,769. Meanwhile another 174 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 34,741.
We currently have 91 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 28 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 1,476 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 27,308 tests yesterday.
