The Woodstock Public Library wants feedback from the public so they can improve their services.
An online survey is available at the public library web site. It asks a wide range of questions about how the library operates, what they do well and what they could do better. CEO Bruce Gorman tells Heart FM the survey is part of their five year strategic plan where they want to get plenty of public feedback.
"It will help us set our priorities, focus our energy and our resources, strengthen our operations and ensure our employees and our stakeholders are working toward common goals and most importantly it's aligning ourselves of the needs for the residents of
The library is also hosting two public consultation meetings in July at Goff Hall.
They are happening tonight July 12th and on Thursday July 13th starting at 7 p.m.
