BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - The municipality of Blandford-Blenheim is hosting a public meeting tomorrow.
The public meeting will look at section 12 of the Development Charges Act. The act was last amended in 1997 and the Township has hired Watson & Associates Economists to do the news study.
It will be presented to the public for the first time. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting of Council and any person who attends may make representations relating to the proposed D.C. By-law and background study. The meeting is happening at 4:00 pm inside the Blandford-Blenheim Council Chambers in Drumbo.
In order that sufficient information is made available to the public, the background study is being made available online at the municipality’s website here. Copies of the proposed D.C. by-law and the background study are also being made available as of June 7, 2019 from the municipal Clerk at the above location (519-463-5347).
Interested persons may express their comments at the public meeting or in writing addressed to the municipal Clerk, at the above address before tomorrow.
