Tillsonburg man charged with racing and fail or refuse to provide a breath sample in South West Oxford.
TILLSONBURG - A 39 year old man from Tillsonburg might need to get a bus pass after police stopped him for speeding.
OPP say they caught the man going 116 km per hour in a posted 60 zone on Plank Line in South West Oxford Township early Saturday around 3:00 am. The man was charged with racing a motor vehicle and also fail or refuse to provide a breath sample along with breach of recognizance.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on Monday morning.
