We could see another swath of rain and freezing rain sweep through the area tonight and into tomorrow.
Rain, freezing rain, and a potentially messy commute.
Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for Oxford, Brant, Norfolk, Elgin, and Middlesex.
The rain is expected to sweep into our area Tuesday morning and due to the frozen ground it may not be absorbed well. Right now, predictions estimate anywhere from 25 to 35 mm of rain, including brief periods of freezing rain overnight.
Some localized flash flooding is possible. Everyone is reminded to keep kids and pets away from waterways.
