Frozen beef sold in the Town of Ingersoll has made the list of recalled items from the CFIA due to possible E.Coli contamination.
INGERSOLL - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling various raw beef and raw veal products because of possible E.Coli contamination.
Consumers should not consume and distributors, retailers and food service establishments such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and nursing homes should not sell or use the recalled products.
Locally the Top Sirloin frozen steak sold at JTK Farms in Ingersoll is being recalled. It is for the items packed on 21/11/18 to 19/12/18.
Also with JTK Farms, the frozen Beef Roast packed on 21/11/18 to 05/12/18 has also been recalled.
The CFIA has also recalled beef sold in East London and Kitchener. You can find the complete list online here.
