More than 400-thousand Baby Einstein activity jumpers are being recalled in Canada and the U-S over concerns that a flexible attachment can snap back and hurt the child. There have been 61 reports of injuries associated with the product. One child suffered a skull fracture. The stationary activity centres are brightly coloured, with a support seat covered in blue fabric inside a large white metal frame and a variety of toy attachments.
