The Rotary International Club of Woodstock-Oxford selected a new President at their Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
WOODSTOCK - The Rotary International Club of Woodstock-Oxford have a new leader at the helm.
Grace Carbilledo was named the new President for this year at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner last night. She will take over for Sylvie Morin who will now serve as Past President. Carbilledo tells Heart FM why she always speaks so passionately about Rotary.
"Rotary has a big heart and we have done a lot of beautiful projects around the world and I have had a privledge to visit all of the projects and witness all of the good projects we do around the world and it is very addicting."
Also last night Rotary International honoured the local businesses and people who have supported their causes with their Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. They also talked about the numerous projects and charities they have supported locally and internationally and they inducted two new members.
