Environment Canada says we may see anywhere from 5-15 cm of snow accumulation today.
OXFORD / BRANT - The afternoon drive home may be a messy one as we are bracing for a significant amount of snowfall today. Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for the day.
Up to 10 cm of snow is expected to blanket Brant and Oxford Counties. Periods of snow are expected throughout the day before ending this evening.
Some areas may see upwards of 15 cm of accumulation, with the heaviest snow likely to fall this afternoon.
The afternoon commute will be significantly impacted.
Untreated roads may become snow covered and slippery. Motorists should allow extra time to reach their destination.
