Impaired driving charges have been laid after the Norfolk OPP responded to a single-vehicle crash on Fertilizer Road in Windham Saturday night.
WINDHAM - A 40-year-old man from Richmond Hill is facing charges after a single vehicle crash in Windham.
The Norfolk OPP say it happened on Fertilizer Road at around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The driver has been charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, as well as failure or refusal to comply with demand.
