The Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign in Woodstock and Ingersoll raised just over $120,800 for United Way Oxford and VON Sakura House.
WOODSTOCK/INGERSOLL - It was a very successful Smile Cookie campaign for the Tim Hortons locations in Woodstock and Ingersoll.
They were able to raise $120,800.28 last month and all of the money will be going to United Way Oxford and VON Sakura House. Each charity will receive a cheque for $60,400.
Over 80,000 cookies were sold during the week-long campaign in early May with over 275 volunteers contributing more than 550 hours of work.
The nationwide Smile Cookie campaign raised a grand total of $19.7-million for charities across Canada.
