OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health confirmed 12 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 8 recoveries.

Three people are currently being treated for the virus in hospital, including two people in the ICU. The outbreak at Elgin Manor in St. Thomas has been declared over.
The Health Unit says 86.0 percent of eligible residents have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 82.5 percent have been fully vaccinated.
