Southwestern Public Health is reporting 18 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 10 recoveries. this means our active case count in the region has gone up to 92.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health confirmed 18 new cases of COVID-19 today and 10 resolved cases.
We currently have 92 ongoing cases within the health unit and you can find the complete break down below;

Tillsonburg - 6
South-West Oxford - 6
Blandford-Blenheim - 4
East Zorra-Tavistock - 2
Norwich Township - 1
St. Thomas - 23
Central Elgin - 8
Malahide - 4
Aylmer - 3
Dutton-Dunwich - 3
West Elign - 2
Bayham - 1
One person is currently being treated for the virus at the hospital.
Southwestern Public Health has screened 68 people for a variant of concern, of those cases, 12 are still active. Southwestern Public Health have now administered at least one dose of vaccine to 7,618 people or 5.5% of the population.
