OXFORD / BRANT - Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement due to frigid temperatures and a mix of unsettled weather.
Snow and freezing rain is expected tonight into Wednesday. A dramatic change in weather will come tomorrow as a Colorado low will track northeast across Lake Huron and Georgian Bay Wednesday.
Most areas across the region will see about 2 to 5 cm of snow. Freezing rain will develop later tonight and may last for several hours.
A brief thaw will arrive with temperatures soaring several degrees above freezing by tomorrow afternoon.
