You know it's bad when even criminals don't want to pay gas prices these days.
OXFORD COUNTY - One man has learned if you're going to steal a car...try to at least find one with a full tank.
While on general patrol yesterday afternoon, a member of the Oxford OPP noticed what seemed to be a broken down vehicle on the 401 east of Oxford Road 29. The officer stopped to help the driver, only to discover the vehicle has been reported stolen from Ottawa.
