Police found weapons and counterfeit money after a stolen truck crashed into the ditch in West Perth.
WEST PERTH - OPP have arrested two people and seized counterfeit money and weapons after a finding a stolen truck in the ditch in West Perth.
Police arrested a man and a woman at the scene of the crash early Friday morning. The truck had been stolen from Huron East.
33 year old Shawn Tinning of Stratford is facing the following charges;
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possessing Counterfeit Money
- Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
- 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Shalene Peters from North Middlesex was also arrested at the scene and is facing two charges;
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
- Possessing Counterfeit Money
