The three high schools in Stratford were placed in lockdown after police recieved a tip about a 14 year old boy bringing a weapon to school.
STRATFORD - All three high schools in Stratford were placed in lock down on Wednesday afternoon.
Police received a tip that a 14 year old boy had brought a firearm to school. The gun, turned out to be a replica and the students were eventually sent home for the day. Nobody was injured.
The tip started at Stratford Northwestern Secondary School and all three schools were placed on lockdown as a precaution. Police eventually located the suspect on Albert Street and the boy was arrested.
