The Youth Suicide Prevention Group will meet in an indoor location instead of Southside Park.
WOODSTOCK - The Youth Suicide Prevention Group that meets every Monday in Woodstock is moving indoors.
They are making the move from Southside Park to Dana Chapple's house because of the weather. Chapple tells Heart FM everyone is still welcome to attend the meetings every Monday at 3 p.m.
"CMHA staff, OEYC, Woodstock and Community Area Health Centre and the Thames Valley School board are still going to attend the meetings at my house; it's an open door if anyone wants to come."
Chapple says they will continue to do fun stuff during the meetings and it lets the kids get to know each other in town, relax and have a great time.
"Being at the house, we are going to do some more fun stuff, we're carving pumpkins, we are going to decorate for Halloween, we have some other programs going on, it's just going to be fun, it's a good time and it let's the kids just get to know each other in town."
You can find more information on the group and how to join on their Facebook page.
