25 year old Dustin Van Haverbeke has been charged with 3 offences after being caught in Tillsonburg
TILLSONBURG - A little excitement broke out in Tillsonburg yesterday afternoon, shortly after 12pm, for a hunt to find a suspect who was caught trespassing in the Town Centre Mall on Broadway St., and this suspect was also shoplifting. Once identified, the suspect then fled on foot where police located the male a short time later. Oxford OPP have charged 25 year old Tillsonburg resident Dustin VanHaverbeke with theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, and 2 counts of failing to comply with his probation order. VanHaverbeke was held in custody overnight awaiting his bail hearing.
