SWPH is seeking information about a dog involved in a biting incident in Ingersoll.
INGERSOLL - A dog biting incident is under investigation by Southwestern Public Health.
It is said to have happened on Monday, around 2 p.m. at the Unifor Labour Day Car Show on 364 Victoria Street in Ingersoll. The victim was bitten while the dog and its owner were walking by. The Health Agency describes the dog as medium-sized, with a tan and brown colour.
Southwestern Public Health is requesting the dog owner to come forward to confirm the dog's vaccination status. Knowing the status is important for potential healthcare needs for the person who was bitten.
