London police say the third suspect in a deadly downtown shooting has turned himself in. Terrell Johnson was shot and killed in the downtown core on September 30th. Two men were arrested and charged with second degree murder, however police had a warrant out for a third suspect. According to police, the lawyer of 21 year-old Darrien Hinkson-Harris of Kitchener contacted Toronto Police Services to carry out the arrest. Hinkson-Harris is now facing charges of : Second degree murder; Possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace; Possession of a restricted firearm without a licence and registration certificate; Unlicenced person possess restricted weapon; Possession of a restricted weapon knowingly not being the holder of a licence; Occupy a motor vehicle knowing that there was a firearm in the vehicle; Possession of a loaded regulated firearm; Two counts of point a firearm; Two counts of discharge a firearm with intent to endanger life; Aggravated assault. Police say their investigation is ongoing.
