A 40-year-old from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving charges after he was arrested on Quarter Town Line Monday night.
TILLSONBURG - Impaired driving charges have been laid after the Oxford OPP responded to a traffic complaint in Tillsonburg.
Officers spoke with a 40-year-old driver on Quarter Town Line at around 11:00 p.m. on Monday. They had reason to believe the man had been drinking, so he was arrested and taken to the detachment for further testing.
The Tillsonburg resident is now facing one count of operation while impaired and one count of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
