Over 100 volunteers are coming together for the Day of Caring.
OXFORD COUNTY - United Way Oxford is gearing up for the Day of Caring when over 100 volunteers will be coming together.
Executive Director of United Way Oxford, Kelly Gilson says the event happening today.
"The United Way Day of Caring brings together volunteers from a variety of work places all across our county. We work at doing good deeds at a variety of local non-profit and charitable organizations also across the county."
Gilson adds that this year, they have 11 projects lined up for the day.
"We will be out working all day doing things like gardening, cleaning up windows, painting, sorting out, building benches and flower boxes, all kinds of things."
