The Woodstock Navy Vets celebrated a 3-2 win over the Paris Mounties last night.
PARIS - Another win for the Woodstock Navy Vets!
They beat the Mounties in Paris last night with a final score of 3-2. Nolan Brett scored a powerplay goal 11 minutes into the third period to secure the win for Woodstock.
This comes after the Vets celebrated two wins over the weekend. They beat the Mounties 5-4 at Southwood Arena Friday night and they celebrated a 4-3 overtime win over the Shamrocks in Hespeler Sunday afternoon.
The Navy Vets will be back in action on Friday when they host the Tavistock Braves at Southwood Arena. The puck will drop at 7:45 p.m.
Woodstock is currently sitting in fifth place in the PJHL Doherty Division standings with 33 points. They're behind the Tavistock Braves with 38 points, the Norwich Merchants with 43 points, the Wellesley Applejacks with 52 points, and the New Hamburg Firebirds with 57 points.
