Company offering refunds, travel credits
If you traveled with Via Rail over the holidays, you may be getting a refund.
The company is apologizing for holiday travel disruptions that occurred in southern Ontario and Quebec between December 23rd and Boxing Day.
CEO Martin Landry says refunds and travel credits will be offered to customers.
Landry notes the problems were brought on by a severe winter storm and the derailment of a freight train.
