OXFORD COUNTY - The OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is on the lookout for a man known to frequent Oxford County.
Douglas Archer is wanted on a Breach of Long Term Supervision Order. He is described as 62 years in age, 5'8", and 186 lbs. He has blue eyes, long blond hair, and a long blond beard.
Archer is serving an 8 year, 6 month sentence for arson with disregard to human life, 10 counts of arson causing damage to property, attempt to commit arson, criminal harassment, possession of incendiary material, two counts of mischief under $5 000, and 3 counts of breach of his long term supervision order.
