The water levels are still pretty high across the map, as a flood warning remains in effect across the region.
OXFORD COUNTY - It's another wet day in the counties of Oxford, Perth, Middlesex and Brant.
Flooding has resulted in multiple road closures across the map. Grand River Conservation Authority Communications Coordinator Cam Linwood says drivers should be extra cautious out there.
"We want to make sure if they come across a road covered with water they don't attempt to drive through it, that is certainly not a safe thing to do."
A state of emergency was also issued in Brantford yesterday and residents had to be evacuated from their homes.
Linwood says you should stay away from any body of water.
"All of the river bodies throughout the entire Grand River Watershed are moving very high and very quickly where ice jams are present. We understand and recognize they will release very quickly and when they do release they can send a large torrent of water down the stream and we want to make sure people aren't in danger in its path."
Flood warnings remain in effect across the region.
