The City of Woodstock has announced that Southwest Bus #6 will have to make a detour due to a road closure on Fyfe Avenue.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock has announced that Southwest Bus #6 will have to make a detour due to a road closure.
The bus will avoid Fyfe Avenue, north of Pavey Street because of a watermain break. The detour started at 2:00 p.m. today and will continue until further notice.
Southwest #6 buses will detour by continuing north on Norwich Avenue at Parkinson Road, then turn left at Fyfe Avenue, right on College Avenue and resume regular routing.
As a result, the following three bus stops will be put out of service until further notice.
On Parkinson Road (between Norwich Avenue and Fyfe Avenue)
At 161 Fyfe Avenue
On Fyfe Avenue (at Caressant Care)
