WOODSTOCK - Environment Canada has issued a winter storm watch for most of Southwestern Ontario, including Oxford County.
They are calling for 20 to 30 cm of snow between Wednesday and Friday morning. Heavy and blowing snow will create visibility issues on our highways.
The storm will start out as rain on Tuesday night.
Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
