"After a stronger-than-usual start to the summer, July sales returned to levels more consistent with long-term seasonal patterns. At the same time, the number of newly listed homes remained robust, giving buyers a healthy range of options and helping keep market conditions relatively balanced with only a slight tilt in favour of buyers."
The number of new listings rose by 14.8% from July 2025. There were 364 new residential listings in July 2026. This was also the largest number of new listings added in July in history.
