It's a $500 bursary for local high school students entering a trade program.

"WITAAR works with the school guidance councillors to advertise this bursary to the current graduating class and any student entering any trade can apply. WITAAR is notified of the recipient(s) by the school and at graduation and they are presented with their $500 bursary to go towards education expenses."
