The list is done based on affordability, population growth, taxes, crime, weather, health, amenities, community and internet access.
The number one community to live in Canada according to the list is Halifax Nova Scotia. St. Thomas meanwhile is listed at number 3 overall. Woodstock just made the top 20 at 19 and Tillsonburg is listed 25th overall.
Ingersoll meanwhile is not too far behind listed at 52nd overall.
